By using the Foods Galore dock scheduling site (powered by Receivr, the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who may use the Site

The Site is for business use by Foods Galore staff and by suppliers and carriers who deliver to our facility. Staff accounts are personal: do not share your password, and tell us right away if you think it has been compromised. We may suspend or remove any account at any time.

Appointment requests

• Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. A delivery is scheduled only once you receive a confirmation from us, or your request is approved automatically under a standing arrangement with us.
• We may deny, reschedule, propose a different time for, or cancel appointments, for example because of capacity, closures, weather, or inventory. A proposed time that is not answered within the stated period may be canceled.
• Information you submit (vendor, PO numbers, case counts, load type, contact details) must be accurate and complete. Loads that differ materially from what was requested may be delayed or refused.
• Arriving without an appointment, or well outside your appointed time, may result in waiting, rescheduling, or refusal.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site. That includes trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false or abusive requests, using automated tools to flood it, or collecting information about other users.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Availability

We work to keep the Site available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Always call the receiving office if your delivery is urgent or time-sensitive.

Disclaimer and limits of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or spoiled or delayed goods, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
